Renewal of Self
This retreat is for women who need permission to breathe again. Each day includes a gentle return to your breath, your body, and your center. Through restorative yoga, a deeply supportive and therapeutic practice accessible to all levels, you’ll experience what it truly feels like to slow down and be held.
Every session is intentionally crafted to reflect the rhythm of the day and the landscape around you. Imagine moving and breathing on a rooftop overlooking the sea, grounding yourself on a quiet beach with the sound of Atlantic waves, or settling into stillness in our serene yoga space. Each setting becomes part of the practice—nature not as a backdrop, but as a guide.
This is not yoga as performance. It is yoga as permission. Permission to soften. To release tension you didn’t know you were carrying. To reconnect with strength that feels steady rather than strained. As the week unfolds, you’ll find yourself more attuned to the land, to the quiet wisdom within, and to the balance that has always been yours.
This is your time to realign, recalibrate, and rediscover the calm power of simply being.
A Feast for The Senses
Enjoy one of the true luxuries of this retreat: the food. Each meal is lovingly prepared by our local on-site gourmet chef using the freshest, locally sourced Irish ingredients. At Aran House, we gather for elegant dinners in the dining room, where candlelight, conversation, and exquisite flavors create an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and intimate.
Beyond our retreat table, you’ll venture into nearby villages to savor Ireland’s rich culinary culture. Cozy pubs, charming cafés, and seaside eateries invite you in with warm ambiance and unforgettable flavors. Expect golden Irish soda bread still warm from the oven, tender scones with fresh cream and jam, hearty stews, local cheeses, and seafood pulled straight from Atlantic waters.
One special evening, our chef opens the kitchen doors and welcomes us in for a hands-on cooking experience. You’ll learn to craft a mouthwatering Irish dish and then sit down to enjoy your creation moments later, paired with laughter and perhaps a glass of wine.
Twice during the week, you’ll wake to a full Traditional Irish Breakfast, complete with Irish sausages, farm-fresh eggs, soda bread, and all the comforting touches that make it a feast rather than just a meal.
Prepare for an unforgettable evening at the magnificent Bunratty Castle, where history, entertainment, and Irish hospitality come together in spectacular fashion. Step into a candlelit medieval hall and be transported back in time as talented performers delight you with music, storytelling, and song while you enjoy a delicious banquet feast. Filled with laughter, tradition, and a touch of magic, this iconic experience is far more than dinner. It’s a memorable celebration of Ireland’s rich heritage and is sure to be one of the highlights of your journey.
This is not simply dining. It is a celebration, comfort, and connection, served beautifully, every single day.
